How to manually set your IP Address

In some cases, you might be required to manually set your IP Address on your TV. If the app works the first time and you were not able to connect it the next time you open it. This means your IP Address changes and you need to make it static instead of dynamic.

 

To achieve that, go to your TV Settings then select Network

Either you're connected using Ethernet or only WiFi, please follow the steps below:

 

Ethernet:

If Under Wired Connection (Ethernet) you have marked Connected to the Internet, it means your TV is using Ethernet as the main source to get the Internet.

1- Click on Wired Connection

2- Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on Edit

3- Uncheck Set Automatically and click on Connect

You're all done.

WiFi:

If you're only using the WiFi as the main source. 

1- Open the TV Settings and click on Network then click on Wi-Fi Connection

2- Scroll all the way down and click on Advanced Wi-Fi Settings

3- Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on Edit

4- Uncheck Set Automatically and click on Connect

You're all done.
