TV requests approval every time app connects

In your Samsung TV menu browse to the Device Connection Manager :

General > External Device Manager > Device Connection Manager

Samsung K
Network > Expert Settings > Mobile Device Manager

Switch the option "Access Notification" to First Time Only or Off
