Our application works only on the Samsung Smart TV and it's must be connected to the same Wifi network look like your iPhone/iPad.
If you're facing issues connecting the app to your TV please carefully follow these steps:
- Make sure that your TV is ON.
- Make sure that your TV has the Wifi capability.
- Make sure that your phone/tablet is connected to the same Wifi/LAN network as your TV.
You can check the connection status from our app settings and you see in the first item the name our your TV :
Edit the item by clicking on the pen icon :
To verify that you have authorized our app to access your TV :
Settings > General > External Device Manager
> Device Connection Manager
> Device List
You have to click on iPhone/iPad item to choose Allow
If after doing that you're still facing the same issue, please contact our support and we will assist you.
NB:
Please be aware that we don't support the H & J series in iOS version. If your TV model belongs to this range, we're sorry you will be able just to control the volume.
